I was referred to this company from a family member. I contacted Horns just days before getting my roof replaced. He assured me they could install new gutters and downspouts immediately after my roof was completed. They showed up the next day after my roof was finished. He advised me that I should add an additional downspout to help divert the water away from a basement window. The new downspout was routed on the other side of my house away from basement window. It extends past my mulch bed and can be "flipped up" for mowing and should alleviate my past issue of rainwater "pooling" near my window. They were professional, very communicative, honest, and left no mess behind for me to clean up.
Excellent job, very professional, arrived when promised. Reasonably priced ! Highly recommend!
Prompt and professional. Thomas identified my issue immediately. Came back few days later and corrected the problem. Work area was cleaned up. I would highly recommend their services.
His reply was prompt when I first contacted him. He then provided an estimate within 6 hours of our conversation. After that he followed up on two occasions to see if I had any questions. Although I chose to go a different route and use someone local, I would still recommend him for your gutter needs due to his professionalism and promptness.
Punctual, Quality work, no mess left behind If that's what you want then contact Thomas
